A phone video of a luminous phenomenon near Karaganda airport, Kazakhstan (March 2022)
This is a 17-second video that AARO says was probably shot on a commercially available phone's rear camera in March 2022. It was attached to an administrative revision of IIR 1 777 J0032 22, "Kazakhstan - UAP in the vicinity of Karaganda International Airport", and uploaded in April 2023. A luminous phenomenon is visible from about 00:04 to 00:12 while the camera pans and zooms. The media was digitally altered before upload. The case/kazakh record cites it only as related. *Method note: war.gov blocks this server, and the video itself was not viewed. Everything here comes from the official war.gov description, as reproduced and summarised on the ufotransparency.com mirror page. Release 02 states that on 6 March 2026 eight members of the House asked for 51 potentially UAP-related records. AARO found the responsive material on a classified network, and many items "lack a substantiated chain-of-custody". The quoted titles are uploader-defined, not AARO's, and AARO describes its descriptions as informational only, not analytical judgments. No DVIDS copy of the Release 02 videos was found.*
