San Marino petition 'Progetto Titano' (2022): a UN world UAP conference
An Istanza d'Arengo dated 2 October 2022 asked San Marino to request a UN office for a periodic world UAP conference held in San Marino. The plan was drafted by Italy's Centro Ufologico Nazionale and ICER and names Dr Roberto Pinotti as coordinator of the 30-year San Marino world UFO symposium; it cites UN decision 33/426. AGI reported on 24 October 2022 that it had passed the Captains Regent and awaited the Great and General Council. No final vote or UN action has been found.
