National UFO Historical Records Center (NUFOHRC)
The largest private UFO archive in the world, founded by historian David Marler, holding the CUFOS files (transferred 2020) and the former NICAP files. On 31 July 2026 Washington Headquarters Services posted a notice of intent, on AARO's behalf, to buy sole-source access as a "pre-existing, proprietary commercial data subscription" focused on pre-1990 material, for a base year and four option years, saying "no other organization possesses the historical depth". No award had been announced as of 15 October 2026.
