Filippo Biondi
Italian telecommunications engineer (PhD, La Sapienza) who was listed with the Italian Ministry of Defence on his 2020 Mosul Dam paper and was a visiting professor at the University of Strathclyde. He developed the SAR 'Doppler tomography' behind the Khafre and second-Sphinx claims and has discussed it on Joe Rogan (#2443, Jan 2026), Piers Morgan and American Alchemy.
