John Murphy (WHJB)
News director of radio station WHJB in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, who reported on Kecksburg in 1965. His documentary aired cut after witnesses withdrew their tapes, station staff later swore that officials took tapes, and his widow said in 2003 that he had seen a metallic object in the woods. He died in a hit-and-run soon after.
