Local law enforcement officers in Colorado filmed silent objects with red, blue and green flashing lights, in one case for 15 minutes straight, and reported them to AARO. They are the first police reports in the war.gov files, released with transcripts of what the officers said while filming. They came during the same months as the federal agents' encounter in the western U.S.
