Kennedy, Bigelow and the February 2026 directive

A sequence that ends with the PURSUE releases. In December 2025 HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. met Robert Bigelow, nominally about homelessness. In early February 2026 Bigelow handed President Trump seven reports in the Oval Office, one on disclosure. Thirteen days later, on 19 February, Trump said he would direct the Secretary of War and other agencies to identify and release UAP files; war.gov/ufo launched on 8 May. Separately, Kennedy said on his podcast that crash-retrieval veterans had told him they could 'call some of the ships in'.
