Hotel magnate Robert Bigelow's space company and its spin-off, Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies, won the DIA's AAWSAP contract. Bigelow owned Skinwalker Ranch and told 60 Minutes in 2017 that he was 'absolutely convinced' aliens exist and have been on Earth. The Times reported his buildings in Las Vegas were modified to store UAP materials.
