An operator observed two round "white hot" UAPs (bright in a black-hot or white-hot infrared view; the report does not say which) moving "dynamic south" at about 240 nautical miles per hour. The report releases one grid reference. Its MGRS zone 35S lies in the eastern Mediterranean, not near Djibouti (analysis by this write-up). The report is marked releasable to the U.S., Finland, Sweden, the Five Eyes and NATO. Nothing else in the seven pages is legible, and no explanation is given. The same 100-km grid square (35S QT) appears in DOW-UAP-D25, a January 2024 report from an aircraft based at Larissa, Greece. *Method note: war.gov blocks this server. This mission report was read from the original PDF served by the ufotransparency.com mirror. Most of its pages are image-only or blacked out, so the quotations were read from the rendered page images. Redactions are shown as [redacted].*

Plausibility weighs how well an account fits where secrecy hides the documents by design, so missing records never count against it. Strength measures what is documented. Assessed 2026-10-23.
