A 33rd Special Operations Squadron ISR aircraft took off from Larissa, Greece (LGLR) and was in transit at FL250 and 176 knots. At 0509Z on 25 January 2024 it observed one UAP flying at about 434 knots. The crew described it as diamond-shaped, with a straight, non-manoeuvring "probe" or "tail" at the bottom. It appeared only on the short-wave infrared (SWIR) camera, and the event lasted about two minutes. The crew assessed it as benign and solid, holding a steady path while rising and falling in altitude. The accompanying video, DOW-UAP-PR28, is 1 min 5 s of split electro-optical/SWIR footage. The official description says it shows an inverted-teardrop contrast with a vertical trailing mass, which is lost when the operator switches to the visible spectrum. PR28's description cites the mission report as "DoW-UAP-D7", but the details match D25, not D7. No explanation is given. *Method note: war.gov blocks this server. Each mission report was read from the original PDF served by the ufotransparency.com mirror. Quotations come from the PDF text layer and were checked against the page images where the scan is poor. Redactions are shown as [redacted]. Field names such as "Observer Assessment of UAP" are the form's own labels. PR28 is a video; it was not viewed, and its content comes from the official description reproduced by the mirror.*

Plausibility weighs how well an account fits where secrecy hides the documents by design, so missing records never count against it. Strength measures what is documented. Assessed 2026-10-23.
