Spheres in and out of the water near a submarine

Its uploader titled it 'Multiple Spherical UAP USO near Sub ... in and out of water'. Nearly five minutes of infrared footage shows several objects crossing the field of view one after another while the operator pans to follow them. USO stands for unidentified submerged object: craft that move between sky and sea, the 'trans-medium' behaviour Elizondo and Gallaudet have testified about.
