Sourced, unconfirmed · 23 April 2024 (exchange from 2020)
Screenshots of a 2020 Signal conversation that former Pentagon intelligence official Christopher Mellon posted in April 2024. His unnamed correspondent says a 1950s Secretary of the Air Force memo still governs the recovery programs and that a senior civil servant is the Air Force's gatekeeper. UAP Gerb uses it as a key support for his 'Hidden Wing' model of Air Force custody.
