Karl Nell's UAP campaign plan (SOL Symposium, November 2023)
Retired Army colonel Karl Nell's slides for the SOL Foundation symposium at Stanford in November 2023 set out a phased 'UAP campaign plan' toward a post-disclosure world, with target dates from January 2024 to October 2034. Nell, who also told The Debrief that Grusch's 80-year reverse-engineering arms race claim is 'fundamentally correct', lists reasons for and against disclosure, including 'covert agreements', 'cover for misdeeds' and evidence that the US 'may be losing a UAP arms race'.
