OPNAV 3820: Navy flying-object reports (23 January 1954)
A Chief of Naval Operations instruction of 23 January 1954 that sent Navy reports of flying objects to the Air Technical Intelligence Center, Air Force intelligence and the Office of Naval Intelligence.
