A purported 1954 manual for recovering and disposing of extraterrestrial craft and bodies, with a Kirtland AFB control page. It reached researcher Don Berliner on undeveloped film in 1994. Ryan Wood matched its initials to two Kirtland officers in the period phone books and a retired government printer judged the type period-correct; a Navy yeoman says he saw it in 1976, and a former AARO deputy reportedly described a manual like it off air.
