Bob Oechsler
Maryland researcher (UAP Gerb calls him a NASA mission specialist) whose 1989 recorded phone call with Adm. Bobby Ray Inman is one of the most cited official exchanges on recovered craft. Inman pointed him to the CIA's science and technology chief Evan Hineman and to retired Director of Naval Intelligence Sumner Shapiro. Shapiro, by Oechsler's account, described craft he had studied up close.
