Edgar Mitchell
Apollo 14 lunar module pilot, sixth man on the Moon, later founder of the Institute of Noetic Sciences. NASA's own scan of frame AS14-66-9301 shows blue lights above him on the surface. Through Ross Coulthart's anonymous source 'the Spaceman', he is said to have privately described blue lights that followed Apollo 14 out and back, and to have answered 'treason' when asked why he never spoke.
