John Lear
Airline and CIA-contract pilot with many aviation records, son of Learjet founder Bill Lear. He introduced Bob Lazar to George Knapp, and on 22 March 1989 he filmed himself narrating a sighting of an S-4 test flight through his 8-inch Celestron, about 8 miles east of Groom Lake, on one of the Wednesday-night trips. He also held far-out views (people living on the Sun, the Moon built at Jupiter). He died in 2022.
