Person
Lt. Gen. John M. Riggs
Army aviator and lieutenant general, a Vietnam veteran with the Distinguished Flying Cross, who was forced to retire one star lower in 2004. UAP Gerb identifies him as the general whom witness 'TB' says showed UAP-derived cloaking that year and was then investigated, demoted and retired, and floats him as the Special Forces whistleblower too.

On the record

Riggs could also be the Special Forces whistleblower himself: his service from 1969 to 2004 matches the witness's years in the program. Gerb says this theory 'doesn't hold much water'."US Special Forces Confession - I Recovered Crashed UFOs": Fact or Fiction?speculationLeadUAP Gerb (Sam)
