The Legacy Program

The name used by Grusch, Elizondo and The Age of Disclosure for the alleged decades-old crash-retrieval and reverse-engineering effort. It is said to be run through special access programs and private contractors, so that it stays out of reach of Congress and even some presidents. Grusch says it began with the 1933 Italian recovery and continued through Roswell.
