Project Red Light (the claim chain)

'Project Red Light' is the name three separate sources give for a program that test-flew recovered craft at Area 51: an informant in a 1980 letter, a Boeing technician in Steven Greer's archive, and Edgar Fouche, who said EG&G held the contract. All three are secondhand or anonymous and no document carries the name. UAP Gerb thinks Northrop manages it; that is his hypothesis.
