Former USAF master sergeant, now deceased, who served with Det 3 of the Air Force Flight Test Center and in 1998 went public with the 'TR-3B', a triangular craft he said was reverse-engineered from a non-human crash. His own sightings (1975-79) are firsthand, but the TR-3B details came from five insiders he named only by first name. He is disputed by two former friends and defended by others; UAP Gerb treats the TR-3B as a secondhand lead.
