Swann's Moon, the lights record and Apollo 18
Swann said that in 1975 he remote-viewed the Moon for 'Mr. Axelrod' and saw lights on towers over a hundred feet tall on a crater rim, with tread marks below. That is the same order of size as the Plaskett U shadows, and the tread marks echo the tracks Max points to at Schröteri. His wider case leans on NASA TR R-277, the 1968 catalogue that also underpins the Aristarchus lights. Apollo 18 was headed for Schröter's Valley on the Aristarchus Plateau when it was cancelled in 1970, which confirms Max's point. Swann's 'hollow satellite' quote is really Shklovskii's argument about Phobos, which ties the book to the Phobos monolith. His two 'cigar' photos are real Apollo 11 and 16 frames and join the Apollo light frames. The SRI side is on the record through Puthoff's 1996 paper and the CIA's Jupiter file.
