Atomic Energy Act of 1954
The 1954 Act kept the 'born secret' rule for Restricted Data from the 1946 Act and opened nuclear technology to private industry under AEC licence. David Grusch has said the Act's secrecy rules were used to hide recovered UFO material, and UAP Gerb runs the Department of Energy through every layer of the program for this reason.
