DoD Inspector General UAP evaluation files (FOIA, 2025)

Files from the Pentagon Inspector General's 2021 evaluation of how the DoD handled UAP, released under FOIA in 2025. They place Terry Phillips, then head of Air Force SAP security, in the evaluation's classified meetings alongside the department's SAP control officers. UAP Gerb and Ross Coulthart treat Phillips as a gatekeeper.
