A four-page report said to be from General Nathan Twining, dated 10 July 1947, on a flying-saucer recovery at White Sands. It came through Timothy Cooper's document set and Leonard Stringfield's status reports, alongside a pseudonymous sergeant's memory of copying a longer report. No archive copy has been found, and its authenticity is unproven.
