Harry Reid
U.S. Senator from Nevada (1987–2017) and Senate Majority Leader from 2007 to 2015, who secured the funding for AAWSAP, the DIA program later called AATIP. In 2009 he asked for it to become a restricted special access program. He died in December 2021. In The Age of Disclosure he says the government has 'put brake pads on everything'.
