Dan Farah's documentary, narrated by Lue Elizondo and Jay Stratton, with more than thirty officials, pilots and scientists. Its core claim is a Legacy Program run since 1947 by the CIA, the Air Force, the Department of Energy and contractors, which has retrieved craft and non-human bodies of at least two species and kept them from presidents and Congress. Former DNI James Clapper confirms an Air Force program that tracked anomalies near Area 51; acting Secretary of Defense Christopher Miller says he was refused need-to-know; Stratton says he has seen non-human craft and beings with his own eyes. It runs from Roswell through the Tic Tac and the nuclear-site incursions to the 2022–2024 hearings and the UAP Disclosure Act.
