A retired special-operations soldier told former Army sniper Nick Betts, on a film shoot in Poland, that his squadron was flown from Bragg to Area 51 when an underground site a few miles away went silent. Issued unfamiliar energy weapons, the team went down a tunnel and fought armed, bipedal, mildly reptilian beings; one American was killed by the same kind of weapon, and the team killed all three beings. The dead man was cremated at once and his death logged as a training accident. The next morning a second alleged participant pinned Betts to a wall for mentioning it, and Betts was sent home. He told it on Liberty Risk in December 2025, ten months before Grusch spoke of reptilian beings on Rogan.
