SAIC Electric Propulsion Study for the Air Force Astronautics Laboratory (1990)
Sourced, unconfirmed · August 1990 · Air Force Astronautics Laboratory, Edwards AFB, California

A study SAIC wrote for the Air Force Astronautics Laboratory at Edwards, contracted in 1988 and released in 1990, surveying unconventional propulsion ideas from the Biefeld-Brown effect to rotating mercury-filled cylinders for antigravity. UAP Gerb cites it as evidence that the Air Force paid a contractor to look at field propulsion, and compares its mercury cylinders to Edgar Fouche's TR-3B account. The report is still to be checked on DTIC.
