Physicist and aerospace engineer who says he served as chief scientist on government UAP work, including the UAP Task Force; also known from History's The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch. In The Age of Disclosure he is likely the speaker introduced as a senior scientist on highly classified UAP programs, and probably gives the Aguadilla force calculation (identification from the subtitles is not certain).
