Elizondo resigns; To The Stars launches

Luis Elizondo resigned from the Pentagon in protest, writing to Defense Secretary James Mattis about 'excessive secrecy and internal opposition' to UAP research. Days later Tom DeLonge unveiled To The Stars Academy of Arts and Science, with Elizondo, former Pentagon intelligence official Christopher Mellon, physicist Hal Puthoff, ex-CIA officer Jim Semivan and former Skunk Works engineer Steve Justice. The plan was to bring the Navy videos to the public.
