Rep. Anna Paulina Luna's Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets heard from Navy Senior Chief Alexandro Wiggins, who described glowing Tic Tac-shaped objects rising out of the ocean near the USS Jackson in 2023, and Air Force veterans Jeffrey Nuccetelli and Dylan Borland, who described craft over Vandenberg and Langley bases and retaliation for reporting. Journalist George Knapp also testified. Rep. Eric Burlison showed a video from October 2024 in which an MQ-9 Reaper fires a Hellfire missile at a glowing orb off Yemen. The missile hits it and seems to deflect, and the orb keeps going.
