Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane (NSWC Crane)

Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane (NSWC Crane)
  • On the record: a Navy weapons and electronic-warfare center with underground bunkers and ranges; SAIC and Woods Hole hold contracts there, some later removed from SAIC's site.
  • The witness: Randy Anderson, firsthand and named, describes a sphere and a gauntlet said to respond to consciousness.
  • Gerb's model (hypothesis): Crane handles recovered hardware for the Navy's legacy programs, with SAIC as contractor.

A large Navy research and engineering center in southern Indiana, part of Naval Support Activity Crane, working on electronic warfare, strategic systems and special warfare weapons, with extensive underground storage. SAIC holds large contracts there. Former Green Beret Randy Anderson says that in the early 2010s he was shown an 'Off-World Technologies Division' beneath it, and UAP Gerb argues SAIC runs it.
