Arthur Trudeau
US Army lieutenant general who was Chief of Research and Development from 1958 to 1962 and Philip Corso's superior. Corso says Trudeau gave him the Roswell file and set up the Foreign Technology Division to seed its technology into industry. A secondhand account through Eric Davis and Jacques Vallée has George H.
