Stanford immunologist. He says he studied about 100 personnel with anomalous injuries at the request of the CIA and aerospace contacts, reviewed Barber's medical records on camera, and was at Skywatcher's August 2024 operation. Member of Loeb's UAP Science Advisory Council.
