Eric A. Walker
Engineer who founded Penn State's Applied Research Laboratory in 1945 and later led the university. Robert Sarbacher named him as a participant in the 1950s recovered-craft work, and in evasive 1987-90 interviews he confirmed involvement, acknowledged MJ-12 and said he was at Kecksburg in 1965. UAP Gerb calls him one of the most overlooked witnesses.
